Primary Duties / Scope
- Assists in blocking rooms for VIP Arrivals and ordering special amenities according to the guest level of VIP status.
- Acts as centre of information on hotels services and facilities, local tourist attractions and prominent landmarks.
- Checks on daily birthdays for in-house guests and accordingly orders amenities.
- Carries out room inspections for all VIP arrival rooms, and a minimum of 5 other daily arrival rooms.
- Escorts VIP and other important guests upon arrival to their rooms.
- Checks and follows-up with rooms service that all amenities are placed according to VIP procedure.
- Ensures General Manager and FOM are kept informed of all developments and guest’s feedback.
- Acts as an in-house sales representative by soliciting potential accounts and sales leads
- Graduation /Diploma in Hotel Management
- 1 – 5 years of experience
- Excellent in communication
- Property: Peninsula Red-Pine Hotel
- Primary Location: India-Maharashtra
- Pay Basis: Monthly in Indian Rupees (INR)
