Job Description​
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Coordinate all public relations activities
- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Other Duties
- Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
- Exercises responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hotel Group.
- Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partnersand other organizations.
- Reads the hotel’s Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to computer resources, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming. Responds to changes in the Front Office function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Relevant work experience
- Under-Grad
- E3 – 10 years of experience

- Primary Location: India-Maharashtra
- Pay Basis: Monthly in Indian Rupees (INR)
